The Baldur’s Gate 3 opening true to life was uncovered at PAX East, and makes way for the account of the game. A betentacled mind flayer culls a wriggling tadpole from his pool of brackish water and carries it to a hostage Githyanki – who we know is Lae’zel, a potential player character or buddy.
The worm like animal crawls up her cheek, opens its leechy mouth wide and slides over and behind her eyeball – shiver. As though that is not terrible enough, the brain flayer then methodologies the camera with another clairvoyant grub, constrains us to turn and face him, and lets the tadpole dive into our eye depression.
Baldur’s Gate Season 3 Gameplay
The brain flayer then climbs into the cockpit of his boat, which is itself enhanced with squirming squidlike appendages. He pilots the moving Nautiloid over a city and, by means of supernatural power, utilizes one of the boat’s arms to annihilate a tower, cutting it slamming down.
The limbs work out at the escaping residents, vanishing them on contact and moving them in a split second into the control chambers inside the boat.
